After
hearing of Mr. Sayling Wen's death, I was shocked and
saddened. On behalf of the government and the 26 million
residents of Qinghai Province, we deeply mourn the passing
of Mr. Wen and express our sincerest sympathies to his
family.
Mr. Sayling
Wen was a lone warrior tackling the western frontier,
a man who wished with all his being to help the poor.
Now, it becomes a matter of transforming sorrow into
strength in order to realize the greatest goal of all
- his Town and Talent Project. Before long, western
China will reveal a fresh perspective to the world,
and Mr. Wen's altruistic legacy will live on in the
people's hearts forever.
We pray that Mr. Sayling Wen lives peacefully among
the angels.
Our prayers go to the family of Mr. Sayling Wen in the
hopes that they can recover from this tragedy and find
happiness in life once more.

suddenly knew that we had lost both a rare teacher and
a good friend. Mr. Wen will live on in our hearts forever.
