Forever in Our Hearts

Mr. Sayling Wen has long had great affection for Yellow Sheep River. In 2000, he oversaw the creation of a website to assist remote and underprivileged western Chinese school. Since then, the area's children have begun to dream of a life and travel outside our isolated mountains. In 2001, Mr. Wen worked with others to give rise to the Town and Talent Project. He decided to construct Internet Villages in western China by reproducing the model development in Yellow Sheep River. The International Convention Center in Yellow Sheep River in particular has proven to be a miracle.

He was a man of tremendous talent and bold vision. He devoted his considerable energies for much of his life to the task of western development. Mr. Wen was a great dreamer as well as pragmatic scholar, combining the two qualities in trying to spread Internet technology across western China. He gifted the power of his beliefs and spirit to the people he touched around the world.
