2^nd volunteering teaching    

From July 10^th to August 11^th 2008, EDEN Foundation organized 95 volunteers to our school as summer teachers. This time, 84 volunteers came from Taiwan and another 11 came from Mainland China, USA, England, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Some of the volunteers were teachers, some were students, some were doctors, and some were office workers. They came to Da Xi Tan Middle School from all over the world to help. Teachers and students were deeply touched.

In this month, volunteers taught more than 200 classes and held more than 10 recreational and sports activities. During this time, Deputy Mayor of Wuwei City, CHEN Ming, Deputy Director of Tianzhu County Education Bureau, YANG Bingqiang, President of Town and Talent Corp, Dr. LIN Guangxin, Director of foreign affairs of Beijing representative office of BICF, JIANG Muli, visited our school and volunteers from Taiwan. In the meanwhile, EDEN Foundation donated 17,000 RMB and other school supplies and daily necessities.
