At the education station of west's village, there are some special teachers, people called them as local teacher. As local teacher, we can explain like temporarily hired teacher. The most reason of this kind of thing happened because of 10 years before, the education was too draggled, people have such less chance to go to school, even people were educated from university, but they didn't want to be the teacher, or even they became the teacher, but they won't come to the village out of the way. So school had hired some students who just educated from high school. They tought and work on field at same time, after nearly 30 years worked on education career, just because they are hired teacher, the salary was veru poor compare with offical one. In order to know them well, we had interviewed an old local teacher – Wang Xuewei.
