Buddhas

We ask Buddha Jiayang his view of living buddha. He says that living buddha is a system rather than just a person. This system is made up of incarnation, believers, learners, and other researchers on religion, history and special social relationship. These relationships form a system. While the living buddha is the center in this system. The change of this system is unavoidable and the changes will have effects on the future of Tibetan Buddhism.

As far as some living buddhas he know, their life have dual characteristics. In private life, they are usually enthusiastic and humorous (some are even lovely children), while when they participate in religious activities, they become sober, even cold. They are the conquerors of ordinary believers.

Throughout history, all the people who can shoulder the historical responsibility have the special features even before their grown-up. Although they seem kind teachers in private life, in fact, their life, the etiquettes and education they have learned are more secret, more sober and harder than that can be imagined.

We ask Buddha Jiayang to introduce the life of living buddhas.
In the aspect of life, a person will feel bound by various etiquettes, while the living buddhas can make best use of these etiquettes and show their special glamors.

In the aspect of education, many people think that living buddhas live very comfortable life and they are slack in the education. But the fact is just the opposite: both the elementary education and the training after grown-up are not relaxing. If people want to receive the education living buddhas have received, they should have the superior talent in childhood and enough courage and wisdom after grown-up to meet challenges, especially the conplex challenges in the modern world.

What impresses us most is the contribution made by living buddhas. We cannot imagine if there were no these pietistic, sincere and rational, learned buddhas.

In the end, Buddha Jiayang tells us that living buddhas are also ordinary persons. They are living buddhas because of their good behavior in the prelife and because of their special features in this life.

The mission of living buddhas is to preach to people and deliver all living creatures from torment. Therefore, they should work hard. In other words, they should study tonight even if they would die the next morning. Only by this way, can they become enlightened and save people from torment.
