Yang Qi-cai
He was born in Sep 1972, Han ethnic group, associate degree, CPC member. In 2001, he was prized for presiding over "Rural Education Revolution Conference", which was reported by China Education Daily. His Duixiu work won the second place in the county's Staff Calligraphies and Paintings Competition. In Nov 2002, he was assigned to work as Thangka & Duixiu teacher and give assistance to vice headmaster in Zongke Ethnic Art School in Huangzhong Vocational Middle School.

 

Quanmei(Dege Cuomu)
She was born in a Tibetan family in Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province in 1977. She was addicted to art when she was a child. In 1997, she began to study art systematically in Qinghai Normal University. After graduation, she studies to make Tangka with the monk-Quji Angxiu in Ta'her Monastery. Her work was sold in USA. Now, she is the art teacher and cashier in Zongke Ethnic Art School, in charge of teaching Tangka basic course.

 

Liu Dong-wu
He was born in Shandong Province on Dec 25, 1962. He was graduated in Art Department of Zhaoqing Normal College in Guangdong in Jul, 1987. Five years later, he got bachelor's degree in Art in Qinghai Normal University. From Sep, 1987 to Jan 1994, he was art teacher in Huangzhong Normal College. Since Jan 1994, he teaches in Zongke Ethnic Art School. His art works were published on Qinghai Educational Daily, Qinghai Daily and China Educational Daily; and got prize in city's and provincial art exhibition.

 

Zhao Sheng-jie
He was born in Huangzhong, Qinghai Province in 1969. He got bachelor's degree of art and worked in 1990. In 1991, he continued to study oil painting in Central Academy of Fine Arts. Now, he is a art teacher in Zongke Ethnic Art School, in charge of teaching oil painting, computer art design and Thangka.

 

Quji Angxiu
He was born in Gonghe Town, Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province in 1970. In 1980, he became a monk in Ta''er Monastery. In 1985, he followed the old monk-Zhaxi Nima to study making Thangka, Duixiu and butter tea flower. From 1992 to 1995, he studied to draw Thangka with Indian Monk-Sangjie Yeqian. His Tangka works have been sold in USA and Japan. Also, he went to draw wall painting in monasteries in Jilin, Inner Mongolia, and Gansu Provinces. In 1991, he worked in Beijing to draw the great the painting "Princess Wencheng Entered Tibet", which is organized by China Cultural Ministry.

 

Zhao Zi-bang
He was born in a village in Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province in 1975. With his father's influence, he was fond of Chinese painting and copied many paintings. When he was fifteen years old, he began to teach himself art theories. In 1994, he graduated from Normal University and his art works won prizes in exhibition for many times. In 2004, he became the Duiixu teacher in Zongke Ethnic Art School

 

Dong You-sheng
He was born in Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province in 1976. He was addicted to art when he was very young. His clay sculpture "White and Black Dairy Cattle" won great acclaim from the teachers and students. In 1993, he studied art systematically in Huangzhong Normal College. After graduation, he worked as an art teacher in Zongke Ethnic Art School. In Jul 2000, he followed folk artist-Xu Quan-xi and Ta'er monk-Quji Angxiu to make Duixiu. His paintings "Magu Xianshou" and "Bajuntu" won prizes in teacher's art exhibition.

 

Zhao Cai-xiong(ZhaxiYangjin)
He was born in a Tibetan family Qinghai Province in 1978. He got bachelor's degree in Chinese. As living next to Ta'er Monastery, he was addicted to folk art when he was very young. He followed the great monks of Ta'er Monastery-Quji Angxiu & Zhaxi Nima to learn making Duixiu. He is good at making Buddhist sculptures. Now, he is an art teacher in Zongke Ethnic Art School, in charge of teaching Duixiu.
