Innovative design

 

Based on special geography structure, northwest Hydropower Design Institute designers used super high and thin arch dam. Dam is 250 meters high, and the bottom is only 49 meters wide. Thick and high proportion is 0.196, lower than the national standard of 0.2, belong to the thin dam. This dam brought many problems to the construction, through continuous research, the builders decided to change the past plane excavation way and take anti arch excavation, it was the first one in the country. Now, the dam has nearly 50 meters high. The dam minimizes the gravity dam of large amount of excavation, a large amount of concrete defects, greatly reduced the cost. In Laxiwa, independent innovation is reflected in every cave support, hillside stabilization, voltage of 750000 volts, the diversion tunnel excavation etc.. According to incomplete statistics, in the four years, the hydropower station had saved 0.28 billion Yuan only in the design optimization and engineering optimization.

The total installed capacity of Laxiwa hydropower station is 4200 thousand kilowatts, multi-year average generating capacity is 10.223 billion kwh, Laxiwa hydropower station is the largest hydropower project on the Yellow River Valley, which has the largest amount of energy and good economic benefit. The normal water level elevation is 2452 meters, the total capacity is 1.79 billion, the total capacity is1.05 billion cubic meters. In April 15th, 2006, the first part of Laxiwa Hydropower Station dam concrete was pouring, the largest hydropower station in the Yellow River----- Laxiwa Hydropower Station was started to build. The first generating unit of Laxiwa Hydropower Station was finished in May 18th, 2009, all units of productions were planned to finish by the end of December, 2010.

Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Guide County Water Conservancy Bureau promoted the construction of people's livelihood water conservancy, focused on solving the parts of engineering water shortage problem. To make a new breakthrough in comprehensive scientific establishment of water conservancy planning, to assist Ministry of water resources water gauge Institute to finish "modern water conservancy development planning of Guide county" and "modern water conservancy development planning of Guide County in five years", and it had passed the provincial examination. Leading by planning, carried out a comprehensive compilation, declaration, implementation of water conservancy construction projects.



To make a new breakthrough in the full implementation of water conservancy construction project investment. In 2012, the implementation of the project funds reached 0.2 billion yuan, to promote the Laxiwa irrigation engineering and mashigeyang Reservoir the two important projects, strive for the official project. Implement and finish water supply project in the "Three Rivers", declare water supply project in urban and rural areas; carry out 3 or 4 plans about drinking safety engineering. Strive to complete the East River and west river flood control project construction tasks during the year, at the same time, complete the second part of East River and west river control project and the Longchun river flood control project implementation plan and through the review. Carry out mountain torrents disaster prevention in Guide County and Guide county Longchun river flood control project.
