In order to understand the recognition of the people about pickled cabbage , we decided to do a questionnaire survey in our school. We designed five questions, and 300 students were selected to answer our questionnaire. The results are as follows:

According to the chart above, students rarely know the origin of the pickled cabbage, but most like to eat pickled cabbage, and also often eat sauerkraut. But only few people know the method of making sauerkraut, almost no one personally did it,all of whom liked to eat sauerkraut which was done by their grandma and grandpa or dad and mom. So we decided to tell the students about the pickled cabbage history through this project, experiencing and displaying the method of making pickled cabbage, and sharing Sichuan pickled cabbage with the world .
