Sichuan pickles-->The dishes-->Boiled fish with pickled cabbage and chili
 

Fish with pickled cabbage is mainly made up of fish and pickled cabbage. Before doing it, clean fish at first, and cut it into pieces. Add starch, salt, ginger, garlic, pepper, pepper and mix them up , marinate for 30 minutes.The second step is to fry pickled cabbage, usually the whole leaves is used to boil fish with pickled cabbage .Add oil in the pot, put the pickled cabbage in after the oil is boiling, then take it out after a few minutes. The third step is to put boiling water in the pot, and put the marinated fish and pickled cabbage into the boiling water, after boiling, a delicious sauerkraut fish is completed.

Our guide teacher Miss Wang invited us for a meal in her home.She cooked sauerkraut fish for us, and there was boiled tofu inside. The smell of sauerkraut and fish flavor was mixed together, do let us salivate at once.
