Our gansu province planning to take out 10 million annually from this May to push the new students source national fund scale. Not only the fund can be received by the poor, but also can apply the loan locally by the diploma, which can not exceed the 6000 annually and 10years clear. When in school, the interests can be paid by the local financial department. The object can be expanded from the normal high school to provincial college. The loan time can be aheaded to the entrance. With this policy support, the village poor students can go into the university campus.
