In the research of Wufeng Temple, senior citizen Mr. Kong helped
us a lot with the ancient buildings here. According to him, the temple was first built in 1642 in the Ming Dynasty, in which there were five palaces. In the Qing Dynasty, the local official Yang Yingju collected money to build several other buildings and maintain some tablets and temples.

In 1937, the government collected money from the local people to build several pavilions. Until then, the scale of the temple was the largest. However, during the Cultural Revolution, a lot of ancient buildings were destroyed. After the opening up in 1978, the government gave money to rebuild the temple. They are regretting that the buildings cannot be rebuilt to the original appearance.

In the temple, there are some statues of gods in Buddhism, as well as some wall paints, of which there are a lot of vivid statues of characters in Chinese legends.
