The Mansion of Family Li is located ten kilometers away from the Tiantai Mountain and three kilometers from the Pingle Ancient Town. Along the way, there are some signs to call people’s attention to the winding road as well as some warm welcomes.
The road is made of cement, about only four meters wide, and was built by the local people to develop the tourism here. The natural scenery is very beautiful along the way such as the houses of local style, and the green trees. All of these play a very important role in the development of local tourism.
It takes us about 30 minutes to get to the Mansion by car. It was built half way up the mountain. There are mainly two parts: the front yard and the main yard. The former is five to six long and 25 meters wide. The main yard is 25 meters long and with the area of more than 600 square meters, which is rather magnificent.
