It is made from the purple brass, 9 meters high and 13 meters long, showing vividly the scene of the Red Army ferry fighting. The bottom of the sculpture is inside the black milestone. There are three golden words “ Hong Jun Du” written by Xu Xiangqian, the chief. The bottom shows three soldiers and two red guardian member half-body sculptures. They stare at the enemy with closed lips, just like to reappears wave and in wind and river and in high sign. The brave soldier facing the enemy goes straightwards. The whole sculpture looks like the shooting arrow and flying eagle, vividly reflecting the red army fearless feeling.
