In the deep forest of Lan Ma Wall at the west of CuiYun Corridor,there is the ancient cypress that only 8 persons can embrace.It locates at the side of the ancient road with heavy branches and leaves.It's the hugest of all the ancient cypress.It is said one Xiu Cai (just like the middle school students today)went to the capital to take part in the national examination,passing by here.Suddenly heavy rain poured.Xiu Cai went andstood under the tree from the rain then.It was very strange that as long as Xiu Cai arrived at the bottom of the tree,the tree grew many new leaves,just hiding Xiu Cai under the leaves totally.Not even one drop of rain could get to Xiu CaiSeeing this scene,Xiu Cai hurried to kowtow and appreciate the kindness of the big tree,swearing to study hard.Afterwards,the Xiu Cai got the first in the national examination.He made a special trip to come here to put some fertile soil on the root of the tree and pray for the tree.So the tree grew higher and faster and became the first biggest of all the cypresses in CuiYun Corridor So people call this ancient cypress "The best Cypress"。
