So the main purpose for hold a meeting is to solve how to speed up our creation progress and complete the web page before the deadline. 2. Assign the material Liu Jie and Song Yue to tidy up.

October 31, 2007 Wednesday	Miss Liu Yan Liu Jie Song Yue Han Ting Pu Guilin	1. Last week task has been finished with high quality. Only some pictures are not dealt good enough. This week we will get into the second period material collection and picture sorting. The main problem is how to create Baner Logo and flash etc. 2. Welcome page now has been finished. A slide made up by a green tone background and pictures of pear orchard is our welcome of web page. This also shows the green ecosystem of Cangxi.

November 4, 2007 Sunday	Liu Jie Song Yue Han Ting Pu Guilin	1. Only 4 of us attends today's meeting, Miss Liu can not attend for her illness. We can't slow progress. Now we mainly concentrate energy on making home page. The aspects being discussed are: 1. color element s of home page 2.Contents of home page 3. Navigate and navigating press button of web pages 4. The representative pictures and the baner of the home page. 2. After 2 hours discussion on flash, we finally decide choose green as main color and use flash to make baner. The button should be simple and direct. The color match should be comfortable and beautiful.

November 7, 2007 Wednesday	Liu Jie Song Yue Han Ting Pu Guilin	Now our home page has been finished. Generally speaking, it is good. But when we modify contents in later days, we changed previous plans. For instruction teacher is occupied, we no longer divide the work to each one, but put together them together and complete them one by one. In this way, web page making is speeded up. Common saying says "union is strength", through this plan change, we believe we can accelerate our speed and have good quality.

We lost the materials in the last stage, which is very disappointing. But we only need the other 1/3. We institutes the third target plan---continue to look for materials.

November 20, 2007 Tuesday	Miss Liu Yan Liu Jie Song Yue Han Ting Pu Guilin	The subject of this meeting: “to complete the last 1/3”. Now all of us come. Today, we collect picture materials, and make it after modification in the afternoon. Pu Guilin makes frame, Liu Jie deals with pictures and Yang Jing write and settle the materials from pear orchard.

November 21, 2007 Wednesday	Miss Liu Yan Liu Jie Song Yue Han Ting Pu Guilin	After our continuous modification yesterder, we have already completed today. The contents on each aspect are complete only examination work is left. Now Li Ying and Liu Jie test web pages at different browser under different systems. Our last meeting subject is "make concerted effort, solidify and enterprise" and summarizing feelings and thoughts to know what we have learned from it. . We are a team. Perhaps for the shortage of technique, what we do is not as good as others’, but we understand from it that " in a team, you are not lonely".
