Tremella and pear soup

Recipe: Rinse the pears, cored and cut them into pieces. Then put them with soaked tremella and crystal sugar into a bowl, steam for one hour and serve.

Efficacy: Nourish Yin and moisten dryness; relieve cough and reduce sputum. It is suitable for people with cough or dry cough.

 

 





Lotus seed and tremella soup

Recipe: Soak the tremellas into warm water until they become tender. Remove stems and rinse, then put them in a soup bowl; add some clean water and steam for one hour. Get some fresh lotus seeds and remove the peel, cut the two ends with knife and remove the nuts; boil the lotus seeds thoroughly in the water and then fish out. Get some clean water into the soup pot and boil it over high heat; add cooking wine, white sugar, salt, lotus seeds and tremella. After boiling, skim floating foam, serve the soup in a soup bowl and add a little MSG. You can enjoy it every morning and afternoon.。

Efficacy: It is suitable for weakness after illness.

 

Crystal sugar and lotus seed soup

Recipe: Remove the stems from tremella; rinse them and then put into a pressure cooker; add some wolfberries, red dates and crystal sugar; cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Then it is ready for consumption. Of course, you can cool it in fridge first and then serve.

Efficacy: It has good effect on nourishing Yin, relieving a cough, moistening lung, reducing phlegm, moistening intestines and stimulating appetite. It has good health care function on middle-aged people and patients with high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis or phthisis.


 

 

 

Red dates and tremella soup

1. Soak the dry tremella in cold water for half a day and rinse it thoroughly; 2. Rinse the red dates, soak in the water until becoming tender, then remove the core; 3. Rinse lotus seeds and wolfberries; soak them in the water until becoming tender for further use; 4. Rinse some nonglutinous rice; soak for half an hour; fish out and drain well; 5. Add about 1000ml cold water into the pot; then put nonglutinous rice and red dates into it for boiling; 6. Turn the heat down and bring to a simmer until 80% cooked; then add tremella and white sugar; cook for a while and serve.

 

 

 

 

Fried lettuce with tremella

Recipe: Step 1: Remove the peel of lettuce; clean in the water and slice; soak in the water; then fish out and drain. Step 2: Soak tremella in water; cut red peppers into shreds. Step 3: Stir fry onion and ginger; then add red pepper shreds and tremella for further frying. Step 4: Put lettuce slices; then add proper amount of sugar, salt and chicken extract; stir for a while and serve.
