From Aug 13 to 19, 16 representatives of Taiwan Hualian Grow-up Center visited 8 member schools in Qinghai Province, including Qinglin Center School, Xishan Middle School, Gangcha Middle School, Dacai Middle School, Minhe No. 2 Middle School, Huangjiazhai Center School and Huangyuan No. 3 Middle School. The representatives were very busy with their schedule, including learning local education situation, teaching students drawing, practicing oral English with them, playing flute, training computer skills, visiting poor students’ families, and meeting local education department.

In their visit, they donated more than 10,000 yuan, 80 suits of cotton clothes and digital cameras to those schools. They also endeavored to solve other problems for schools. Besides donation, the representatives of Taiwan Hualian Grow-up Center were divided into two groups to have close contact with local students and teachers.

The members of Taiwan Hualian Grow-up Center came from far away to bring their love to children in impoverished mountain area of western China. They hope their effort could solve student’s problems. In the conversation with students, Ms. Xiao and Mr. Tang, on behalf of Taiwan Hualian Grow-up Center, promised to offer tuition fees for students. They also expressed to cooperate with Town and Talent Technologies in similar projects.

This was the fourth visit of Taiwan Hualian Grow-up Center to Qinghai member schools. The total volume of donation has amounted to 560,000yuan.
