"Flower City"-Ghent in Belgium announced in 2009 that "Vegetarian Day" was made thursdays to encourage the residents to be vegans on that day.And for this Ghent became a first in Europe and even all the western countries that the whole city shall practice vegetarianism at least one day per week.
